IPTVCanadaGo.com (“the Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and adheres to the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable international copyright laws.

We act as a Service Provider (OSP) by providing access to third-party streams and content aggregations. We do not host the content ourselves. Our policy is to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.

🛑 How to Report Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed, please submit a written notification (a “DMCA Notice”) to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

Mandatory Elements for a Valid DMCA Notice

1. Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
3. Identification of the Infringing Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material (e.g., specific stream names, exact URLs, or identifier codes within the Service).
4. Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

⏱️ Notice and Takedown Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid and complete written DMCA Notice, IPTVCanadaGo.com will:

1. Acknowledge the request and assess its validity.
2. Promptly remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing.
3. Notify the service user who provided the alleged infringing content or stream link.
4. Take reasonable steps to notify the user that we have removed or disabled access to the material.

⚖️ Counter-Notification Procedure

The user who provided the material that was removed or disabled may submit a Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent.

The Counter-Notification must include:

1. Physical or Electronic Signature of the subscriber.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.¹
4. The subscriber’s name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of² the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or if outside the United States, that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided the initial DMCA notification.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we may reinstate the material in question unless the complaining party files a court action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity.

🚫 Repeated Infringement Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, IPTVCanadaGo.com will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
